Note:
These objective lenses are designed to image the workpiece within the depth of field (even when the wavelength varies between visible light (wavelength =480nm) and near-red outer band (wavelength =1800nm), so the M Plan NIR series is suitable for laser repair. However, when the wavelength exceeds 1100nm, the focal position may deviate slightly from that in visible light due to changes in the scattering rate and refractive index of the glass.
